A new concept and model for health intelligence
High Coast Health Intelligence Institute is a Nordic health intelligence initiative based in the High Coast region of Sweden.
The Institute is built as a structured approach to better health decisions — combining human need, diagnostics, data, AI systems, expert knowledge and real-world programs into one integrated model.
We are not building a single clinic, product or research project.
We are building a health intelligence platform where structured programs can become learning systems — and where better knowledge can lead to better decisions, better products and better lives.

The Idea
Healthcare is often built around reacting to problems after they become visible.
High Coast Health Intelligence Institute starts from a different point.
The focus is to understand biological change earlier, follow people over time, and support decisions before problems become larger.
Instead of separating diagnostics, clinical interpretation, research, digital tools and lived experience, we bring them together in one model.
This is the foundation of the Institute:
- early understanding of biological signals
- structured measurement
- AI-supported interpretation
- human expertise
- real-world follow-up
- continuous learning
The goal is not data for its own sake.
The goal is useful intelligence that can improve health decisions.

The model
The Institute is built around a simple flow:
Human need
↓
Diagnostics and data
↓
AI intelligence layer
↓
Expert network
↓
Actionable health decisions
↓
Better outcomes and new knowledge
Each part of the model has a clear role.
Human need defines the problem. Diagnostics and data make the problem measurable. AI helps identify patterns, trends and priorities. Experts add clinical, scientific and practical judgment. Programs turn insight into action. Research turns real-world experience into new knowledge.
This model can be applied across different health areas.
That is why the Institute is structured around several intelligence projects, including Longevity Intelligence, Pregnancy Intelligence, Research Intelligence and Diagnostics Intelligence.

The ecosystem
High Coast Health Intelligence Institute is not a single service.
It is an ecosystem where multiple elements work together:
- AI systems and laboratories
- clinicians and researchers
- diagnostic platforms
- digital health products
- structured programs
- partners and investors
- real-world environments
Each part strengthens the others.
Diagnostics generate data. Data creates insight. Insight supports programs. Programs create outcomes. Outcomes create new research questions. Research improves the models. The improved models can then support better products and services.
This is how individual health programs can become learning systems.

The projects
The Institute develops health intelligence through focused project areas.
Longevity Intelligence focuses on healthspan, prevention, biological risk factors and long-term optimization.
Pregnancy Intelligence focuses on structured monitoring during early pregnancy, especially for women who need closer follow-up after IVF, previous miscarriage, bleeding episodes or high concern.
Research Intelligence focuses on responsible real-world data, pattern detection, model development and new product opportunities.
Diagnostics Intelligence focuses on the testing, tracking and interpretation layer that supports multiple health programs.
Together, these projects make the Institute more than a single vertical.
They create a shared platform for health intelligence.
The High Coast context
The High Coast is our base, but the model is distributed.
We are building from a rural Nordic environment because place matters.
The High Coast offers something rare: nature, space, recovery, quality of life and a strong setting for long-term thinking.
At the same time, the Institute is not limited to one location.
We work through AI systems, laboratories, clinicians, researchers, partners and digital products. The local environment becomes a base for development, but the model can reach people far beyond the region.
Our ambition is to build a rural Nordic knowledge hub that creates practical health solutions for people everywhere.

The experience
Health intelligence should not only exist on screens, in reports or in laboratories.
It should become practical.
At Borgen Marieberg and through our partner network, the model can become physical:
- diagnostics
- consultations
- recovery
- structured routines
- programs
- education
- retreats
- follow-up
This is where theory and practice meet.
A person should be able to move from a health question to measurement, interpretation, guidance and action — and then continue to be followed over time.
The future
High Coast Health Intelligence Institute is being built as a long-term platform.
The vision extends beyond one project, one location or one type of health service.
We aim to develop:
- new diagnostic models
- AI-supported health intelligence systems
- structured health programs
- real-world research platforms'
- clinical and laboratory partnerships
- digital products
- education and media
- international collaborations
The goal is to contribute to a broader understanding of how health decisions can be improved.
Better knowledge should lead to better decisions.
Better decisions should lead to better lives.
